Matlab doe not work after installing

I successfully installed Matlab 2017b in my pc and I have activated it. However, it had no reaction after I double clicked the icon. What is the problem with it? I use Windows 10 system.

Hi Meijun, maybe the first thing to do is right click on the icon, select Properties and see if something like "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2017b\bin\matlab.exe" appears as the Target .
