For a current research project I have to do some Probit Regression models. Especially I am interested in Marginal Effect at the Means (MEM), Average Marginal Effects (AME) and Marginal Effects at Representative Values (MER). I know in Stata there is the command margin to compute these measures for the x variables of the regression model. But I didn't found that command - or something similiar - in MatLab.
So does anyone know, if there is any similar function in MatLab for computing MEM / AME / MER or the margin command of Stata?
Thanks, Tim

Hi,
Thank you for the answer! I guess the Logit function in this Toolkit will probably be what I am looking for. The MEM should be ME1 and the AME should be ME2 . Just the MER is missing in that function, but this is already a great help!
