Hi,
I'm trying to install Matlab 2007 student version.
I get this error: There was an unexpected exception. See the log file (C:\Users\DENISR~1\AppData\Local\Temp\activation.log) for more details.
This is what the log says:
(Mar 21, 2011 11:26:32) THE ACTIVATOR IS EXITTING WITH A STATUS OF (Mar 21, 2011 11:26:56) THE ACTIVATOR IS STARTING UP. How can I fix this? I am using Windows 7. I understand that this may be an issue with it being an older version, however I have tried running it in compatibility mode and I get the same error.

Unless you find help here, I would recommend contacting Installation/Licensing Support.
