Plot several sets of data with the same X data but various Y data on the same figure with new Y origin

Hi every body I want to plot sets of data that each of them have different Y but same X, I want to that matlab start plot each data from new Y origin, plot the first channel data and then goes down a little and then plot the next one imagine I have multi channel data like EMG or ECG to plot? anyway except the adding a value to Y data to higher it up Thanks
