Issues with R2017b MATLAB Home Edition Manage Licenses option

I have R2017b Home Edition of MATLAB. If I navigate to Help > Licensing > Manage Licenses, a web page opens up, displaying a "404 Not Found" error. The URL of the page is
https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter05092?s_cid=ml_lc_vr_R2017a
1) Is this a known Issue.
2) Why is R2017a used in the URL if I am running R2017b? Because it is the Home Edition?

It appears to be a bug, and not just because you are using Home.
Try
https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter/licenses
