Hello, I had been using Matlab Online for some time now without any problems. A few days ago, however, it stopped working. After I login to my MathWorks account, a box appears informing me that I already have an active Matlab session and asking if I want to log out and start a new one. After clicking OK, Matlab Online starts loading and gets stuck there. Using the top command on Linux reveals that the process keeps consuming memory: after a few minutes, the Web Content process was using about 30% of my computer's memory.
This happens in both Firefox and Chrome. I can access Matlab Drive with no problems.
What can I do? Thanks

Hey Everyone,
I had been having the same issue. It came out of the blue, everything was working fine and then once the page just became extremely slow and then eventually unresponsive. After that I had been getting the active session error, when I clicked start new the page threw a javascript error and kept spinning. Clearing cache, removing resources didn't work. Then I tried it in a private session and went through the second time and is working ever since.
Hope this helps.
Rob
