Modal transformation on matlab

Hi,

I wish to do modal transformation on 3 phase current in matlab to change them into modal components. This is a must so that the modal components can be used in wavelet transform analysis after that to extract time information to calculate fault location on transmission line.

Can anyone teach me how to do Clarke's modal transformation on 3 phase current using matlab? Lets say I have simulated a fault on transmission line. How do I change the waveform from phase to modal components and load in wavelet toolbox? Do I need to write a special algorithm for this? Thank you.
