Where is this startup error coming from?

I'm receiving this error message when I start 2017b (recently installed) but not 2016b (previous version).

_Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2017b\toolbox\matlab\hds >>_

My startup.m program has not changed and does not refer to that directory.
