I have a MSO4104 Tek scope with a VISA driver, and I'm having difficulty reading a waveform using the TMTOOL on the instrument control toolbox. When I attempt it, I only get the first data point and nothing else. I have tried increasing the buffer size to 50K for a 1000 point acquisition buffer, so that shouldn't be a problem. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You, Steve

You can use Quick Control Oscilloscope object.
You would need to install some prerequisites to use this function as mentioned in documentation link below: http://www.mathworks.com/help/instrument/quick-control-oscilloscope-requirements.html
The steps talks about installing a support package which can be found in the link below: http://www.mathworks.com/help/instrument/install-the-national-instruments-visa-and-icp-interfaces-support-package.html
The steps also require to install an IVI driver for this instrument which can be found from the link below: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/21780-tektronix-mso4104-oscilloscope-driver
Use the steps mentioned in the link below to be able to use the 'oscilloscope' object: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/344580-how-to-connect-to-keysight-oscilloscope-using-the-oscilloscope-function
