Hi, I am acquiring 6 analog channels from a force transducer and 1 channel as digital output (to control an external stimulation device), using a "Tucker and Davis" system and "synapse" software. When I extract to Matlab using a special function made for TDT (TDT2mat), the 6 channels are saved in data.streams.Wav1 and the stimulation in data.streams.eS1r. I am able to plot both Wav1 and eS1r separately, but I need to access the data for further analysis. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

I am acquiring data through a 16 channel NeuroNexus probe and trying to use Synapse to visualize the data in real time. Since I want to further analyse the streamed real time data, I am interested in streaming the data to MATLAB (in real time). Were to able to plot Wav1 and eS1r in real time? If so, could you explain how you passed data from Synapse to MATLAB in real time?
