D-Statcom for lower voltage use

Hi Guys,
I am trying to use average model of D-STATCOM provided in simpowersystem demo for my study. I have a distribution system of 4.16kV but demo has 25 kV. I tried changing voltage level of transformer of statcom but that didn't work. With statcom voltage of bus drops to 0.5 PU (Which is not supposed to happen). Does anybody know what other parameters i have to change to use D-statom for 4.16 kV.
