how to find measure of reduction of peak in two curves

i would like to have a measure of how much the values got reduced from curve 1 (blue) and curve 2 (pink) with respect to the reference curve (black).
I iterate the process and obtain a new pink curve. Which is the best way to have a comparision on how much the values got reduced ?
