How do I create executable for a code with multiple GUI

1 view (last 30 days)
Currently, I am working on creating an a matlab executable for a certain code. I ran into issues described below. The code has a main GUI which was created using ‘GUIDE’ function. There is one button on this first GUI which opens another GUI and loads the data. The second GUI does the actual calculations. I created an executable using ‘Application compiler’ which created exe for my first GUI. However while running the program, it doesn’t call the second GUI
Can someone help ?

Did you include all the rest of the files of your application. First do a package app and check whether rest of the files of GUI which are different .m and .fig files are included. It wont run unless you enter other GUI files also. If they are not included automatically include manually.

Yes ...I did include all the files that are necessary to run this code. It doesn't help though.
