From my understanding, you are trying to view the layer structure of a convolutional neural network. Assuming you've stored the CNN in a variable such as "net", the layer structure can be viewed by calling ".Layers" on your neural net. For example:
net = alexnet;
layers = net.Layers;
"layers" now holds an array of the layers in your CNN (in this case alexnet). You can then view this layer array by displaying it with the disp() call. The documentation for convolutional neural networks can be found here. Some more examples of working with the layers of a CNN to do image classification can be found here .
I hope this helps!
