I have just opened the setup of Matlab R2016b. On opening, it shows an error :
The installer could not start the JVM.
Could not find file C:\sys\java\jre\win64\jre/bin/server/jvm.dll
How should I resolve it ?

If you are trying to run the installer from DVD, it might be the same reason as in the answer to https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/94867-why-does-the-uninstaller-fail-with-the-message-the-uninstaller-could-not-start-the-jvm

If you are installing from DVD, copy the installer onto your hard disk and run that.
