visualize a power system diagram

I have a power system diagram and its voltage data. I want to visualize it using voltage magnitudes data and plot contours something like the attached picture while the background image is my power system diagram. contours must be plotted based on voltage magnitudes. for example colors change based on whether the bus voltage is high or low. Is this project feasible in MATLAB? Thanks
