How to code a MATLAB script to "Receive" from an MSMQ queue?

I have found the "Automated trading" token MATLAB/MSMQ example, and implemented the sending of a message from a MATLAB script to a message queue. It works perfectly, but I am unable to cause MATLAB to "Receive" a message from the MSMQ queue. Can anyone point me in a good direction? Thanks!!!
