How to get the setting time?

I want to calculate the Kp and Kv, I only have their approximate interval. In addition,for the system, a 5% settling time on a step response lower or equal to 1.5s. So I need write a cycle to try it.

I use the function STEP, and I find that it can display the setting time directly. But I donot know how to get this data. And its default ERROR Interval is 2%.

Is there anyone knows how to get the setting time DIRECTLY?
