Finding area of different colored portion of a leaf

I have this image and I know the area of the leaf portion:
I intend to find out the areas of all constituent colored portion in the leaf(like areao yellowish green is X pixels,that of Dark green is Y pixels and so on,something like that).How can I do that? Thank You....
