I use parpool('local') and doesn't work and I receive this answer

Can't write file C:\Users\Paulo\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\local_cluster_jobs\R2016a\Job85.in.mat.

As your problem is not much clear, I can suggest two points to work out and see if it works :-
  • Validate your 'local' profile by navigating to Home->Parallel->Create and Manage Clusters. Here choose 'local' and click validate.If it doesn't validate then check if you have parallel computing toolbox present in your MATLAB root directory.
  • In the last line of the error, it says it can't write to the folder. Check if you have write access to the folder.
