hi I want to display (plot) the following table in a figure how to do it ?

How do you want to display this data? Here's 1 idea:
pair1 = [0 1];
pair2 = [0.5 0.7];
% ...
pairN = [0.1 1.5];
data = [pair1; pair2; pairN];
bar(data)
legend('observation1','observation2','location','NW')
