If you are using R2016a or later and you are licensed for the product then you can use the Add-on Explorer to install it. For earlier versions if you are licensed for the product you will need to run the MATLAB installer.

I am using R2014b Sorry i am new to matlab i dont know about MATLAB installer, can u just tell about how to run that. Thank you
Click on the installer appropriate for your operating system. More detailed instructions at https://www.mathworks.com/help/install/ug/install-on-an-individual-computer.html
You will be wanting to use a Custom install in order to install just one product.
Note: Embedded Coder is not available for Student licenses or Home licenses, only for Academic licenses and Standard / Commercial licenses.
Also if you do not already have a license for Embedded Coder then it is too late to buy it now for R2014b. You would be required to upgrade your license to R2017a (paying for maintenance for the years between then and now) and purchase the Embedded Coder license against R2017a. However, once you have a license for Embedded Coder for R2014b or later, you are permitted to use any previous version, so if you need R2014b specifically for compatibility with co-workers or a specific set of tools, then you would be able to download and use the R2014b version specifically.
Is MatlabR2016a can be available for trail version
No, R2016a is no longer available for trial version if I understand correctly. R2016b might be available for trial version, possibly. R2017a is definitely available for trial version.
I installed the Embedded Coder for matlab 2017a. But I need to support this package .The problem is that I can't do it . What do I really need to support it ?
