Zynq SDR Support from Communications System Toolbox - Ethernet problem

5 views (last 30 days)
Hi.
My HW: Zedboard rev D and FMCOMMS1-EBZ rev C boards.
I have installed Communications System Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio version 16.2.1.0
Following "Support Package Installer", i got a bootable SD card with FW :)
Zendboard boots from this SD, but network is not working.
Link is up, activity LED is blinking, but i don't see any mac-addresses on my ethernet switch.
Here is boot log:

But, as i said, i don't see any mac-addresses on my switch port.
Even if i connect zenboard directly to my laptop with ip 192.168.3.1/24, ip 192.168.3.2 is not responding (i don't see any ingoing ethernet frames (with wireshark)).

Thanks for your question, I'd like to confirm a few things in order to help you best.
  1. You are using MATLAB R2016b and got the latest version of the support package.
  2. You have a ZedBoard and an AD-FMCOMMS1 RF card
  3. You ran through the Add-On Manager and set up your hardware as described on this page
  4. This process failed at step 8
  5. You were connecting via an Ethernet switch but have also tried to connect directly to your laptop Ethernet port and repeated the setup procedure
  6. You are using Wireshark to detect packets being received from the ZedBoard and have been unsuccessful. I assume you are doing this during the setup procedure
Regards,
Ousman
