Modify an "Embedded MATLAB Function block" from command window (Matlab command)

Hello,
Is it possible to modify an Embedded Matlab Function block from command Window?
From the command window, I would like to: - modify/add inputs and outputs - write the m program
Is there anyway to do that?
Excuse me for my English, if it's not clear do not hesitate to ask me more details.

The question was :

I would like to know how to add a specific kind of Output ("Function Call Output") by using the command window.
