            Hi,
I'm trying to download the results of a run from Polyspace Metrics. After solving some Java-related issues, once I click in the run I get all the right messages and Polyspace client (R2013a) tries downloading them. However, it stops almost immediately with the following error message:
"Error: Unexpected exception SysErr (SysErr: No such file or directory [noent])."
The message is quite vague and I cannot see which file or directory is missing, if any. Any idea on why does it happen?
Thanks in advance.

        Hello,
could you try this:
On your client machine, launch the command:
 C:\Polyspace\PolyspaceForCandCPP_R2013a\polyspace\bin\polyspaced.exe -check-only
and try to download the results again.
If it does not help, please contact the technical support.
Best regards,
Alexandre
