Where can I find OptiGrid Clustering MATLAB code

Hello Friends,

         Based on my literature Survey, I came to conclusion that OptiGrid is the best clustering algorithm for High dimensional data, So I Need to implement the Algorithm.

        I searched on Google but couldnt get any code for implementation. Also, I am neither proficient Programmer nor Statistician. So I request you to please refer me to MATLAB code or  atleast in any programming language.
