I want to create a scatterplot with a matrix that contains 360 values of magnitudes and another matrix that contains degrees,how can i do it?

i have the matrix final_table that is 361x1 and contains magnitude values with order for 0 to 360 degrees and i want to create a scatterplot that groups the values of magnitudes to 1,2,3,4,5,6,7(to y-axis) and plots them for 0 to 360 degrees(x-axis is the degrees). any help please?
