error while installing hardware support packages for texas C2000 processor in MATLAB 2016a.

Hi everyone,

i required to install hardware support packages for C2000 processors in MATLAB. For third party support software i installed CCS v6 with code generation tool v 6.4.6 and controSUIT v3.4.4 in my laptop.

But during validation of these third party software i got an error message showing that.

I don't know why this is coming since i have installed latest versions of both the softwares.

Please give some suggestions.
