Go to PhysioBank ATM for the EKG records. Follow the instructions to download them as ‘.mat’ files.
Also, be sure to record all other relevant information, particularly the sampling frequency of the signal you choose.

Not directly, since it’s not available online. It will direct you to the only available source: CSE Database and is the only mention of it I can find online.
