What is the problem? Seems pretty clear. Looks like it is saying you need to use a supported compiler. So if you have no clue about how to use a compiler, or if you have one, etc., then you need to spend some time there.

This is just a standard message as part of the MATLAB install. If you don't need to compile any code then ignore it and MATLAB will work just fine. If you do need to compile code then do as it says and install a supported compiler. You can find the list of supported compilers at https://uk.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2016b.html

Mine mat-lab version is R2016a, and i know how to find the supported list of compilers but the actual problem is hoe to download them?
