Possible to come out with a adjacency matrix?

k = 1:30;
[B,V] = bucky;
axis square
subplot(1,1,1);
subplot(1,1,1);
gplot(B(1:30,1:30),V(1:30,:),'b-');
for j = 1:30,
text(V(j,1),V(j,2),int2str(j),'FontSize',10);
end
axis equal
figure(2);
spy(B);
since spy(B) shows the non zero elements, is it possible to generate adjacency matrix?

B is the an adjacency matrix.

when i type B, i didn't get 60x60 adj matrix
[ 0 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 1 ...
....
...]
