i have a c file named rrr.c , it is possible to load directly in matlab. possible means, how to load that file to matlab?

You can load the text of it using fileread() or low level I/O routines such as fopen/fgetl .
You cannot directly call any function defined in the file. To call upon the functions there, you need to either create a mex interface to the routines, or you need to use loadlibrary() . Both methods require that the code be compiled.
