I have windows 10 core-i7 machine at my University but do not have a CUDA enabled GPUs.Now I want to use some tranfer learing MATLAB R2016b code but it required CUDA enabled GPUs with the machine. Earlier I was using MATLAB 2016a there was no requirement of GPU enabled device.
Now my question is that is there some way to bypass this GPU enabled mess or should I go back to earlier version for deep learning stuff as the newer version of MATLAB has this stern requirement of GPU-enabled device?
I am using following link for transfer learning.

Convolutional Neural Networks always required a CUDA enabled GPU in MATLAB and was introduced in 2016a.
