I need help in solving Newton-Raphson and secant method

I have a function for Dissolved Oxygen Rate, and I want to iterate for tm(x). The given set of data is time and DOT I have a function for Dissolved Oxygen Rate, and I want to iterate for tm(x). The given set of data is time and DOT
y and z file are time and DOT, respectively
.......................................................................................... I can't figure out why it is not working, also I want to out the answers in a vector.
