c and gamma for multiclass svm

Hi all,

I have a data of 7 classes. When I use fitcecoc with linear kernel it works, but when I use (Gaussian) radial basis function kernel, it gives all data in one class. Please help me. Moreover How to obtain the parmaters c and gamma (rbf kernel) using 10 fold crossvalidation and grid search?
