How can I change the properties of IGBT models of "pe_igbt_losses" in Simscape ?

I want to simulate diagrams including thermal and electrical models like IGBT models of "pe_igbt_losses" in Simscape Power System. I found them but I cannot see the detail information of the models. How can I see and change the properties of them? Or How can I make that kind of models in Simscape?

Hi Hiroshi,

If I understand correctly, you are trying to access the properties of "IGBT" Simscape block. When you open up the "pe_igbt_losses" demo model you can double click on "IGBT_C" or "IGBT_F" to see and modify their properties.

To add a "IGBT" block to your model you can go to the Simlink Library Browser and select: Simscape > Power Systems > Simscape Components > Semiconductors > Fundamental Components > IGBT
