GA toolbox error: Optimization running. Error running optimization. Index exceeds matrix dimensions.

The fitness function I use for GA toolbox is working fine. But as long as I start the optimisation it says 'Index exceeds matrix dimensions'.
Is the error of fitness function or the toolbox has different standards? Thank you!
