Fitting a 3D Gaussian To a Matrix
Show older comments
I have a matrix of the size 280x1024, whose elements represents the height specified by the indices of the matrix. I need to fit this data with a 3D Gaussian and determine the x and y coordinates of the peak of said Gaussian. How can I do this the easiest.

I am also working on this problem, have you figured it out? It is greatly appreciated if you can share your method with me. Thank you very much.
