Hello I'm work on program to detecte breast cancer, My database is MIAS. What features that already extract from these Images to detect cancer? are there is any Matlab code to do that?

If you are asking a historical question about what features have been used in analyzing that dataset in published studies, then that is not a MATLAB question, and you would need to spend a bunch of time researching papers such as with Google Scholar.
