how to solve system of equation

Hi, I got this problem but it's not similar to linsolve.

syms x y
a=rand;
b=rand;
c=rand;
d=rand;
e=rand;
Z=[a b c;b x b; c b a];
I=[d; y; e];
V=[100; 0; 0];

I want to solve x,y subject to Z*I=V
