i have a binary matrix (let's assume 5x7), which I have converted into a block diagonalized form using dmperm function, now how to find out in which cluster do the elements fall?

H= [0 0 0 0 0 1 1; 1 1 0 1 0 1 1; 1 1 0 0 0 1 0; 1 1 0 1 1 1 0; 0 0 0 1 1 0 0; 1 1 0 1 0 0 0];

 [p,q] = dmperm(H);
H(p,q). 
The result is as follows:

Now, my problem is how to find out in which cluster which elements are falling?
