I need to create a mesh graph from nodes coordinates that I have, and number the nodes and the elements uniting the nodes in the graph

Basically I have a matrix with the coordenates of the nodes A =

    1.0000    2.0000
    1.5000    2.0000
    2.0000    2.0000
    1.0000    1.5000
    1.5000    1.5000
    2.0000    1.5000
    1.0000    1.0000
    1.5000    1.0000
    2.0000    1.0000

what I need to do is make a graph of those nodes, and the elements connecting them, forming a grid in that graph I also need the node and elements numbers to appear and then to write to different files, one with the node numbers and coordinates, and another one with the elements numbers and the start node and end node
