How can I plot frequency vs. amplitude of a .wav file?

Hello all, I'm trying to analyze pitches in songs represented as wav files. I want to be able to look at the frequencies vs. amplitude of the signal. I don't care about time, so I don't want a spectrogram, and using a periodogram gives me frequency vs. power/frequency. Is there a way to just look at frequency and amplitude? Thanks.

The code between the top two plot figures in this documentation for fft will give you everything you need to know to plot your signal.

Can you please tell me how can I determine the values L(time), x, y for a wav file? I am new to Matlab and do not know how to proceed.

@Sai Krishna Reddy Satti: Import the WAV file at first by audioread. Then the length of the signal is the size of the first dimension. x and y are the two channels of the signal, so you do not create them.
