Marker-Controlled Watershed Segmentation

I am applying marker- controlled watershed segmentation to a dicom image of lungs ct scan. it is working but its showing the complete image. i mean i want show only lungs from this segmented image but its showing the complete image with all the organs in it and the area outside the lungs.
