When Mupad comes up, the default font size, 11, is to small for me to read it comfortably. How can I permanently change the font size to, say, 18. Changing it in the Default Parameters doesn't seem to work.

  • view-->configure(Configure mupad window)
  • Notebook--->default formats(All new notebooks wondow)
  • Format --->character&size---->18
  • click ok
  • close and open mu pad
  • press backspace
  • Now type your commands

Thanks for your input but this does not solve the problem. This procedure will permit the larger Text but when I insert a calculation, it reverts back to the smaller text. The only way I have been able to see the larger text is to explicitly change the font in the calculation area. Then, as long as I don't get out of the area, the font will stay large. Once I execute the command, the font reverts to the original default. BTW I am using a Mac OS X.
