Hello,
My licence attributes for my individual licence says I should have access to the following:
Matlab Simulink Curve Fitting Toolbox Image Processing Toolbox Optimisation Toolbox Signal Processing Toolbox Statistics Toolbox Symbolic Math Toolbox
Trouble is, when I install all my products I only get access to the image processing toolbox and Simulink (and a fixed point toolbox which isn't on my licence), and even though the rest are installed, they don't show up when I type "ver"
Any ideas what I might be missing?
Thanks Jim

For installation problems it's generally better to contact Mathworks Support (http://www.mathworks.com/support/).

Please make sure you are associated with the correct license.
license
command should give you the license number. Log on to mathworks.com > Click My Account > Manage Licenses
This should show you the license number associated with your account. If you click on the License Number it should then show you all the products that are licensed by you. You can also download individual toolboxes from the same window..

Hi Thomas,
I've checked the license, both the number when I type "license" and the number in the License Center match up. I've just downloaded the individual toolboxes again, but still no luck.

Hmmm.. If you are using R2011a or R2011b you can submit a support request from MATLAB itslef, Help > Submit a Mathworks Support Request
