How can I plot phase difference(s12-s13) of a touchstone file?

Checking around, it appears that the RF Toolbox can read at least some kinds of touchstone files, and that there is a Matlab File Exchange contribution for reading S-type touchstone files.

Sorry, the format looked too complex for me to work out what would be needed to extract phase information.
