what is the error hardware support package ???

hi ! i am try to install new hardware support package for stm microscontroller the name exactly it "Embedded Coder Support Package for STMicroelectronics STM32F4-Discovery Board" even though i try to setup with very too many times but the error will occur ( i have setup some of differ hardware package and it has been setup successfully) so , i captured this erro and send along this question some body can help me !! thank very much
