Unable to create a support request

When I try to create a new support request, I just receive a "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" email, and support request is not created.
What exactly I do:
  • I press "Create new service request" button on "My Service Requests" page
  • select "Technical Support: Installation, product help, bugs, suggestions or documentation errors"
  • select "Product help, bugs, suggestions or documentation errors"
  • enter some text
  • press submit.
Result:
I receive a message:
"
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
%my-email%@%my-company%.com
Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.
"
nothing changes on "My Service Requests" page.
Also, I've just tried to send a message via https://www.mathworks.com/company/feedback/index.html, in a minute, I've received a similar "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" message.
