Problem with defining networks

Hi all, I found a code online which written by someone and I tried to run it to see how it work in neural networks But it always stops in the same line every time, even with the other codes
A = 1:1000; B = 10000*sin(A); C = A.^2 +B;
Set = [A' B' C'];
input = Set(:,1:end-1);
target = Set(:,end);
inputSeries = tonndata(input(1:700,:),false,false);
targetSeries = tonndata(target(1:700,:),false,false);
inputSeriesVal = tonndata(input(701:end,:),false,false);
targetSeriesVal = tonndata(target(701:end,:),false,false);
inputDelays = 1:2;
feedbackDelays = 1:2;
hiddenLayerSize = 5;
net = narxnet(inputDelays,feedbackDelays,hiddenLayerSize);
it stop in the last line and the error msg is:
Undefined function or variable 'network'.
Error in feedforwardnet>create_network (line 101)
net = network;
Error in feedforwardnet (line 69)
net = create_network(param);
Please help me to understand what is the problem. thank you.

I ran your code with no error messages.
Therefore you need to check version, license and installment.
Hope this helps.

I did already with Mathworks steps, but it does not work The neural network tool box in my Matlab app. But when I run 'ver' the ans=0 it should be =1
